2. Definitions

"Service Provider" refers to any individual or entity that registers to receive payments through Simply Pay.

"Client" refers to any individual or entity that makes payments to a Service Provider through Simply Pay.

"Platform" refers to the Simply Pay service and website.

3. Service Description

Simply Pay is a payment facilitation service that allows Service Providers to accept payments from Clients using Stripe as the payment processor.

We provide a unique URL (simply-pay.me/[handle]) for each Service Provider to share with their Clients for payment processing.

4. Fees

Clients are charged a platform fee for each transaction processed through Simply Pay. The current fee is displayed at the time of payment.

Service Providers are responsible for standard Stripe processing fees, which are deducted from payments received.

We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with appropriate notice to users.

5. Account Registration and Security

Service Providers must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

6. Service Provider Obligations

Service Providers agree to:

• Provide legitimate services or products in exchange for payments received
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the platform for any illegal or prohibited activities
• Maintain appropriate communication with Clients regarding services rendered

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Fraudulent transactions or misrepresentation of services
• Money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Sale of illegal goods or services
• Violation of intellectual property rights
• Use of the platform for adult content, escort services, pornography, or sexually explicit materials
• Any activity that violates Stripe's terms of service

8. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, subject to their terms and conditions.

Simply Pay is not responsible for payment disputes between Service Providers and Clients.

Funds will be transferred to Service Providers according to Stripe's standard payout schedule.

9. Limitation of Liability

Simply Pay provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount of fees collected from the transaction in dispute.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

11. Right to Review and Suspension

We reserve the right to review any Service Provider account or content at any time. If we believe that a Service Provider is using Simply Pay in a way that violates these terms, applicable laws, or Stripe’s Acceptable Use Policy, we may suspend, restrict, or terminate access without notice.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
